Refund Policy

We want you to love your new BootSpy Shop products. If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order for free within the contiguous U.S. so long as:

1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no excessive pet hair or wear), and in their original packaging.
2. Your return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your original order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
